WebTality is a passive website vitality assessment run by GET-IT Solutions Ltd, using publicly available information about your website. WebTality is not:
By requesting a scan, you confirm that you own the website, manage it, or have authority from the owner or operator to request the scan.
WebTality must not be used to harass, disrupt, probe private systems, circumvent access controls, or otherwise misuse the service. WebTality performs passive, non-intrusive checks only — it reads publicly available information and does not attempt to access anything it isn't already permitted to see.
The free scan is a limited snapshot. It currently checks up to 5 pages of your site and the report is delivered by email. There's no obligation to purchase anything after a free scan.
The full report is a one-off purchase, priced at £49, with no subscription. It scans up to 150 pages and a full PDF report is delivered by email. What the report finds depends on what your website exposes to automated public access — some sites, or parts of sites, may block automated assessment, which can limit what we're able to check.
The paid scan normally begins immediately after successful payment.
As a UK consumer, you normally have a statutory cancellation period for an online service contract like this one. Where you specifically ask us to begin work during that period — which you do by ticking the "begin immediately" box at checkout — work may begin immediately at your request.
If you ask us to begin the paid scan immediately and the service is fully performed during the cancellation period, your statutory right to cancel may end once the service has been fully performed.
Ticking a box does not simply waive all of your consumer rights — it reflects a specific request to start work sooner than the standard waiting period would otherwise allow.
If you validly cancel after asking us to begin work but before the service has been fully performed, the law may allow us to make a proportionate charge for the work already supplied, rather than a full refund.
To cancel, email contact@get-it.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You don't need to use a particular form — a clear written statement is sufficient — but if it helps, you can use this template:
Name: ______
Email used for purchase: ______
Domain scanned: ______
Purchase date: ______
I wish to cancel this WebTality order.
None of the above limits your statutory rights.
The security signals included in a WebTality report are lightweight baseline observations — things like certificate validity and basic email authentication records. They are not a full cybersecurity assessment. For deeper cyber security work, GET-IT's Cyber Vitals service is separate from WebTality and covers that ground properly.
You remain responsible for:
WebTality is an automated, informational report. We don't exclude liability that can't legally be excluded, and we don't claim to have zero liability for everything. Where the law allows, our liability for indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from reliance on the report without independent verification, is limited to what's reasonable given the nature and price of the service.
The email address you supply is used to:
Requesting a WebTality scan does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails.
If you purchase a report, you may use and share it internally and with relevant advisers or web developers. GET-IT Solutions Ltd retains ownership of the WebTality methodology, software, design, and the generic structure of the report. We don't claim any ownership over your website's own content or data.
If anything's gone wrong or you have a question, email contact@get-it.uk — enquiries go straight to a person, not an automated queue.
